Brian Dillard

Brian Dillard is a third-generation Eastside San Antonio native. Mr. Dillard holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ellis University and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served ten years Active Duty. Brian excelled in a career as a Cybersecurity Consultant before joining the City of San Antonio. Mr. Dillard is currently the Smart City Administrator and Interim Chief Innovation Officer for the City of San Antonio.

Brian is the former President of the Dignowity Hill Neighborhood Association and has served as a Board Member for VIA Metropolitan Transit, the Ella Austin Community Center, and the San Antonio Centro Partnership.
