Manager, Customer Programs

Hayley Cunningham is the Manager of Customer Programs for ONE Gas, Inc. In this role, she manages the development, implementation and evaluation of customer education and awareness programs across Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas including the Texas Gas Service (“TGS”) Energy Efficiency Programs. The TGS Energy Efficiency Programs provide rebates to commercial and residential customers to incentivize the conservation of natural gas with high-efficiency natural gas appliances and home improvements, in addition to low-income assistance. The programs also promote the message of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability through partnerships with advocacy organizations and their own consumer education programs. Prior to this role, she worked as a rates and regulatory analyst for TGS. Hayley received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance), Bachelor of Arts (Spanish), and Bachelor of Science in International Business and Language degrees from the University of Tulsa.
